Eastern Glass is dedicated to installing, repairing and replacing glass in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and surrounding areas. As glass specialists, we are expertly trained to handle foggy windows, failed window seals, broken glass, not to mention installing custom showers and mirrors in your home.
Working In Glass
A glazier is specially trained in “glazing” – that’s measuring, handling, cutting, preparing, fitting, installing, replacing and repairing all different kinds of glass and glass substitutes, in industrial, commercial, institutional and residential settings. A glazier can also be called upon to create custom-designed glass installations for both homeowners and businesses.

Residential Glass Services
Our residential services include our unique home profile package, which is built to provide our residential customers with a proactive approach to their home glass and hardware. Commercial Glass Services
Eastern Glass provides both service and new installations for our commercial customers. We provide full service for all existing doors and windows in your business or building as well. Any good property management company knows the faster they can fix the issue the better. When it saves money and time it’s twice as good.
Experience
Dan MacDonald is the owner and operator of Eastern Glass Inc. He has a Certificate of Qualification from Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency (issued Dec 2020). Dan attended SAIT polytechnic in Calgary to learn the trade of glazing. Dan has close to a decade in the field – and has more than likely changed a window or two in your home! He has serviced Halifax and surrounding areas in the glass industry for many years, installing thousands of thermopane units in homes all over the HRM.
This practical experience, combined with a deep understanding of the inner workings of the industry is what counts out in the field. And you can count on Eastern Glass to get the job done right.
